Available services are individual, couples, family, and group. Our counselors specialize in trauma-informed care, behavioral issues, mental health, and alcohol and other addictions. We have psychiatrists and Advanced Nurse Practitioners who specialize in addictions, mental health, and dual disorders such as mental illness/intellectual disorders and dual disorders such as substance abuse/mental health concerns. ![]() Phoenix Rising provides outpatient psychiatric, counseling, and case management services to children, adolescents, and adults. Phoenix Rising is a private non-profit behavioral healthcare agency, accredited by Joint Commission and certified through the Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Service Board. Phoenix Rising is a musical rebirth and celebration featuring Silkroad artists alongside Artistic Director and Grammy Award-winning musician Rhiannon. At present, Phoenix Rising has over 100 staff members who are dedicated to the mental health and addictions recovery of those they serve.
